I Don't See No Palm Trees

Florida Street

I didn't know we had a Florida Street until I shot this. The location is very near where last Thursday's Arch photo was taken, a couple of km north of the monument. We have lots of streets named for states but I thought they were all on the South Side. My daughter and son in law live on Nebraska Avenue down that way. In any event, this Florida Street had no orange  groves or Disney magic. It was actually rather desolate.

That's the swanky Four Seasons Hotel in the background, next to the Lumiere Place casino. St. Louis has a shocking number of casinos. Well, a fool and his money...

#1 unwritten rule of St. Louis, avoid the state streets! Great photo as always Bob!

I wouldn't have thought St. Louis would have a casino issue. It really is aiming low to invest in something like that...

No orange trees on Florida Street, huh?
